Should you mention a Free Report to the first Ten Callers?
Yes. Will it help your call volume? Yes.
Important: Let callers know that the reports explain
our general philosophy on "Advanced Planning". It does not
provide specific recommendations. So if you want to double or triple
"ordinary returns" you'll have to set up a specific time
slot. Assume the caller will do so and provide some appointment dates.
If they are still unwilling to set an appointment, email and/or mail
the following three documents (Bill Smith sends both an email and
hardcopy):

I am told that once your listener
receives the free report, they may call you again. It is common for
a listener to receive the documents, hear you on radio three months
later and then they call you again. These are the very best leads.
So by all means, do offer the
free report to the first ten listeners.
